Technical SEO that fixes what's holding back your sales
Google has to find, read and trust a page before it shows it to anyone. When your site gets in the way, the pages that sell stay out of sight, and the rest of your SEO can't pay off. Finding the problems, fixing them, keeping your rankings safe through redesigns and new platforms, and tracking the traffic, leads and sales it brings in, all done for you.
When the site gets in the way, the pages that sell stay hidden
Before Google shows a page, it has to find it, read it and trust it. Most sites lose pages at one of those steps without anyone noticing. Those pages can't rank, so new content and links can't help them either.
Products, categories and service pages.
Buried too deep, or lost among junk pages.
The products and text load too late for Google to see them.
Near-copies, slow pages, and nothing telling Google which version to show.
Big catalogs
Thousands of products, filters and categories. Google gets lost in the pile and misses pages you sell from.
Sites built with heavy JavaScript
The page looks fine to people. Google and AI tools often get a blank where the products or text should be.
Slow sites
Buyers leave before the page loads, and Google notices. Slow pages cost you sales and rankings at the same time.
Traffic lost after a redesign or a new platform
Pages changed address with nothing pointing to the new one, or a setting got left on. Years of rankings can drop in a week.
Thousands of junk pages
Tag pages, filter pages, test pages and near-copies. Google spends its time there instead of on the pages that sell.
Everything it takes to fix your site for Google, done for you
You don't get a report full of homework. You get the whole job: finding the problems, fixing them, keeping them fixed, and growing traffic, leads and sales on top. Handled from start to finish.

Every problem gets fixed, not just listed
A lot of technical SEO ends as a long report nobody gets to. Here each problem ends one of two ways: fixed on your site, or sent to your developers as an exact ticket. Then it gets checked once it's live.
Ranked by what it costs you
Each problem gets ranked by the traffic and sales it's costing you. The costly ones go first, and the ones that don't matter get skipped.
Fixed on your site, or sent to your developers
On WordPress the changes get made on the site directly. On other platforms, like Webflow, Magento or a custom build, they go to your developers as tickets like this one.
Checked once it’s live
Every fix gets checked on the live site, and again after later releases, so it stays fixed.
Redesigns and new platforms, without losing your rankings
Most traffic lost in a redesign comes from pages that changed address with nothing pointing to the new one, or a setting left on from the test site. Most of that can be prevented before launch.
You'll see what every fix brought in
Traffic is nice. Leads and sales pay the bills. Every month you get a report that starts with what search brought in, then shows what got fixed and what it changed.
Leads and sales first
The report starts with traffic, leads and sales from search, and the pages that brought them in.
Every fix, and what it changed
Each fix gets logged with the date it went live and what happened to those pages after.
Problems caught early
The site gets checked every month and after big releases, so a broken update gets caught in days, not months.
What happened when Google could finally see the site
One was an industrial parts manufacturer with a catalog Google couldn't make sense of. The other was a fast-growing software company that barely showed up in Google. In both, fixing the site came first.
Cleared the junk
Tens of thousands of pages nobody searched for got taken out of Google's way, so it spent its time on the pages that sell.
Found the product grid Google couldn’t read
The products loaded in a way Google couldn't read, so key pages looked nearly empty to it. That was found and fixed.
Matched categories to searches
Category pages were reworked around what buyers type into Google.
A fast-growing HR software company that barely showed up in Google in its main markets, with technical problems and few sites linking to it. The problems that kept Google away from the important pages got fixed, the site structure was rebuilt around what buyers search, and links came from relevant sites.
What the first 90 days look like
No waiting months for a strategy deck. Work starts in week one, and the first fixes go live in the first month.
Find what's holding the site back
A full look at how Google finds, reads and shows your site, plus speed and tracking. Every problem gets ranked by what it costs you.
Fix the biggest problems
The costly ones get fixed: on WordPress directly, elsewhere through tickets for your developers. Each fix gets checked once it's live.
Clear the rest, build on it
Smaller fixes, junk pages cleared, and the pages that sell improved now that Google can see them.
Keep it fixed, keep growing
Checks every month and after big releases, new pages and rewrites, AI search work, and tracking.
The person behind Win The Search

I've run Win The Search since 2021, and I've done SEO since I was 14.
Before going out on my own, I spent five years at Munday Digital. I started there as a junior and left as head of SEO, after working on 20+ campaigns for Australian and global brands and managing the team of SEOs, writers and VAs behind them.
Since then I've worked on 120+ projects, the biggest a B2B catalog with 68,000 pages, and checked sites for SEO before buyers paid six and seven figures for them.
I plan the work and I do the work: the technical fixes, the pages, the AI search side and the tracking. Nothing gets handed off to a junior.
My reports lead with the leads and sales search brought in, and what each fix changed. Traffic and rankings are there too, further down.
What technical SEO services cost
Technical SEO agencies usually charge $3,000 to $7,000+ a month. Automated tool packages run $200 to $500 a month, but they send a report, not fixes. Here's the price, and everything that's in it.
Most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, depending on how much gets built each month.
An agency makes sense if you want ads, a rebrand and a big content team under one contract. If you need the site fixed and the SEO done, you'll get more done with the person doing the work.
Only need a one-off technical check? That’s the Focused SEO audit, $1,500, credited if ongoing work starts within 30 days.
What clients say about working with me
Vukasin is the best SEO guy I have ever worked with. He has a very strong understanding of SEO and how it correlates to our business expectations, and hardly needed any guidance on what we wanted done. Highly recommended!
Vuk is one of the sharpest SEO/AEO specialists I've worked with — deeply knowledgeable, always a step ahead on where search is heading, and just a joy to collaborate with. Responsive, easy to talk to, and genuinely fun to work with on any project.
Vuk exceeded expectations with his thorough, data-driven SEO audit. Everyone was very impressed with the quality of Vuk's work, his thoughtfulness and clear expertise. Plus, he's easy to work with, delivers on what he says he's going to deliver, and goes above and beyond.
An amazing SEO consultant whose knowledge goes beyond surface level. He's able to outsmart the thousand SEOs who are just looking at what everyone else is doing.
Vuk provides a really wonderful alternative to larger agencies. The results I got from working with him definitely rival what I've gotten from larger, US-based SEO agencies.
I'm impressed with the work he has put in to help me form my SEO strategy. Knowledgeable about the industry, timely with his work and generous with his advice.

Book a free call →What do technical SEO services include?
+
Everything that decides whether Google can find your pages, read them and trust them enough to show them: site structure, speed, junk and duplicate pages, pages that look blank to Google, and redesigns or moves to a new platform. Here it also means getting all of it fixed and checked once it's live. New pages, AI search and tracking are part of the ongoing work too.
What do you actually do each month?
+
The first months go into finding and fixing the biggest problems. After that the site gets checked every month and after big releases, and the work moves on to growth: new pages and rewrites, AI search, links and mentions, and tracking, with a monthly report and a call. You don't get a to-do list. You get the work.
How much do technical SEO services cost?
+
Technical SEO agencies usually charge $3,000 to $7,000+ a month. Automated tool packages run $200 to $500 a month, but they send a report, not fixes. Ongoing work with Win The Search starts at $2,500 a month, most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, and it's month-to-month.
Do you fix the problems, or only point them out?
+
They get fixed. On WordPress the changes get made on the site directly. On other platforms, like Webflow, Magento or a custom build, they go to your developers with exact instructions, and get checked once they're live. Each ticket says what to change, why it matters and how to tell it's done, so your developers don't need to know SEO.
What's the difference between a technical SEO audit and technical SEO services?
+
An audit is a one-off check: a ranked list of what's wrong and how to fix it, for your own team to work from. Technical SEO services are the ongoing part: getting the fixes made, checking them and catching new problems. If you only need the check, the Focused SEO audit is $1,500, credited if ongoing work starts within 30 days.
How long until we see results?
+
Some fixes show up within days, like a setting that was hiding pages from Google. Bigger cleanups, like clearing thousands of junk pages or making products readable to Google, usually take 1 to 3 months to show in full, because Google has to revisit every page. More traffic, leads and sales follow from there.
We're planning a redesign or a new platform. When should SEO get involved?
+
Before the build starts. Most traffic lost in a redesign comes from pages that changed address with nothing pointing to the new one, or a setting left on from the test site. Every page that brings in traffic gets matched to its new address before launch, the new site gets checked on launch day, and rankings get watched for 90 days after. If you've already lost traffic after a launch, the same work finds what broke.
Our site is built with a lot of JavaScript. Is that a problem?
+
It can be. A page can look fine to people and still look nearly blank to Google, and AI tools like ChatGPT often can't read it at all. It can usually be fixed without changing how the site looks, by making sure the content loads with the page itself.
Does this help with ChatGPT and AI search?
+
Yes. AI tools can only recommend pages they can read, and many of them can't read content that loads late. Fixing that comes first. Getting your company named in the answers takes more, and that's part of the ongoing work too, covered on the AI SEO services page.
What do you need from our team?
+
Access to the site, Google Search Console and analytics, plus a contact on your development team if the site isn't on WordPress. Someone who knows the business joins a short call when new pages get planned. Everything else gets done for you.
What will the monthly report show?
+
Traffic, leads and sales from search, and the pages that brought them in. Then what got fixed that month, what got caught after releases and what each fix changed. Rankings are in there too, further down.
Should we hire a technical SEO agency or a consultant?
+
With an agency you usually talk to an account manager while the work happens somewhere else. Here you talk to the person who finds the problem, fixes it or writes the ticket, and checks it, so details don't get lost in between. An agency is the better fit if you want ads, a rebrand and a large content team under one contract.
