International SEO that brings in sales and leads from new countries
People in a new country search Google and ask ChatGPT in their own language, with their own words. This work gets your site found there, shows each country its own version, and turns those visits into sales and leads. The research, the setup, pages for each market, technical fixes, links, AI search and tracking by country, all done for you.
Customers in other countries search in their own words
Before anyone buys from a company in another country, they search Google and ask ChatGPT, in their language and with the words they use. If your site only speaks to your home market, the sale goes to whoever shows up there.
Your site speaks to one market
The pages use your home market's words, prices and delivery terms. People elsewhere search differently, even in English.
Google shows the wrong version
Without the right setup, a UK shopper lands on your US page with dollar prices, or Google picks one language and ignores the rest.
A translation isn't a market
A translated page says the right thing in words nobody searches for. Nobody local links to it either, so it never ranks.
AI answers skip you
ChatGPT and Google's AI answer in each language from local pages and local sites. If you're not there, you're not in the answer.
Everything it takes to win search in a new country, done for you
You don't get a report full of homework. You get the whole job of getting your business found, chosen and bought from in each new country, handled from start to finish.

One version for each country, built to sell there
Each country sees its own version of your site, in its own language, with its own prices. That's what multilingual SEO comes down to. These pages get planned, written and built for each market, most important first.
Your key pages, for each country
Product, category, service and pricing pages, each with a version for every country you sell to.
Written for the market
The words people there search, plus examples and proof that make sense to them. Not a word-for-word copy.
Prices and details that fit
Local currency, taxes, delivery, returns and contact details, so nobody wonders if you sell to them.
Answers each market looks for
Guides and comparisons for the questions people ask in each country. These come after the key pages.
You'll see what each country brought in
A new country can grow while the total looks flat, or the other way round. So every month you get a report split by country that starts with sales and leads, so you always know what each market is worth.
Every country on its own
Sales, leads and revenue for each country, in its own currency, and the pages and searches that brought them in.
Your home market watched closely
A new country should add to what you have. Your main market gets checked every week through each launch, so a problem shows up early.
Rankings and AI answers too
Where you show up in Google and in AI answers, in each language. That's in the report as well, just further down.
What this work has done for other companies
None of these were new-country launches. They show what the same work does: the research, the pages, the technical fixes and the links.
It barely showed up in Google in its main markets. The technical problems got fixed, the site was rebuilt around what buyers search, the work went to the markets that performed best, and links came from relevant sites.
It sells online and wholesale, and its key searches were stuck just outside the top 3. Related pages got linked together, the collection pages were rebuilt, and about 30% of the pages, the ones competing with each other, were removed. Rankings moved within 2 months.
Google was wasting its time on 68,000 pages and couldn't read the product grid. The pages were cut down to the 8,000 that matter, the grid got fixed and the category pages were matched to what buyers search.
What the first 90 days look like
No waiting months for a strategy deck. Work starts in week one, and the first country's setup starts going live in the first month.
Pick the right country first
A look at where people already find you abroad, what they search in each country and who you're up against. You get a plan ranked by what will bring in the most sales and leads.
Set up each country properly
Each country gets its own version of the site, with its own language and prices, set up so Google shows the right one. Technical fixes and tracking by country go in too.
Build the first market's pages
Your most important pages for the first new country, written for that market, checked by someone on your side and put live.
Grow it, then add the next one
More pages, links and mentions from local sites, AI search work and a report by country. The next country starts once the first one is working.
People there already find you
Your site already gets visits, leads or orders from that country.
You can sell and deliver there
Shipping, taxes and returns work out, and the margin still holds.
You can look after those customers
Questions and support get answered as fast as locals expect.
You can keep it up
Someone keeps prices, stock and pages current in every country.
The person behind Win The Search

I've run Win The Search since 2021, and I've done SEO since I was 14.
Before going out on my own, I spent five years at Munday Digital. I started there as a junior and left as head of SEO, after working on 20+ campaigns for Australian and global brands and managing the team of SEOs, writers and VAs behind them.
Since then I've worked on 120+ projects for online stores, B2B companies and software companies, including a global HR software company, and checked sites for SEO before buyers paid six and seven figures for them.
I plan the work and I do the work: the research in each market, the pages, the technical fixes, the AI search side and the tracking. Nothing gets handed off to a junior.
My reports lead with sales and leads from each country, with your home market right next to them. Traffic and rankings are there too, further down.
What an international SEO consultant costs
International SEO retainers usually run $1,500 to $3,000 a month for one or two countries, and $3,500 to $8,000 for three to five, often with setup fees on top. Here's the price, and everything that's in it.
Most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, depending on how many countries and how much gets built each month.
An agency makes sense if you're launching in many countries at once and want ads and translation under one contract. If you're adding your next country or two, you'll get more done with the person doing the work.
Want a check first? An SEO audit starts at $1,500, and the full fee counts toward ongoing work if it starts within 30 days.
What clients say about working with me
Vukasin is the best SEO guy I have ever worked with. He has a very strong understanding of SEO and how it correlates to our business expectations, and hardly needed any guidance on what we wanted done. Highly recommended!
Vuk is one of the sharpest SEO/AEO specialists I've worked with — deeply knowledgeable, always a step ahead on where search is heading, and just a joy to collaborate with. Responsive, easy to talk to, and genuinely fun to work with on any project.
Vuk exceeded expectations with his thorough, data-driven SEO audit. Everyone was very impressed with the quality of Vuk's work, his thoughtfulness and clear expertise. Plus, he's easy to work with, delivers on what he says he's going to deliver, and goes above and beyond.
An amazing SEO consultant whose knowledge goes beyond surface level. He's able to outsmart the thousand SEOs who are just looking at what everyone else is doing.
Vuk provides a really wonderful alternative to larger agencies. The results I got from working with him definitely rival what I've gotten from larger, US-based SEO agencies.
I'm impressed with the work he has put in to help me form my SEO strategy. Knowledgeable about the industry, timely with his work and generous with his advice.

Book a free call →What does an international SEO consultant do each month?
+
The work changes as each market grows, but it's all done for you: research in each country, setting up each country's version of the site, pages for each market, technical fixes, AI search work, links and mentions from local sites, tracking by country, and a monthly report with a call. You don't get a to-do list. You get the work.
How much do international SEO services cost?
+
Retainers for one or two countries usually run $1,500 to $3,000 a month, and $3,500 to $8,000 for three to five, often with setup fees on top. Ongoing work with Win The Search starts at $2,500 a month, most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, and it's month-to-month. Translation fees aren't included.
How long until a new country brings in sales?
+
Setting up a country usually takes a month or two. Pages written for that market often start ranking within 3 to 6 months, sooner where people there already find you. Sales and leads follow the rankings.
Will adding a new country hurt our current rankings?
+
It shouldn't, if it's set up right. The trouble usually comes from one page that changes its language based on where the visitor is, versions Google can't tell apart, forcing visitors to a country they didn't pick, or hundreds of weak translated pages going live at once. Your home market gets watched closely through every launch, so a problem shows up early.
Do we need a separate website for each country?
+
Usually not. For most businesses, each country gets its own section of the site you already have, like yoursite.com/uk/ or yoursite.com/de/, so new countries grow from what your site has already built. Separate country websites make sense when each country runs as its own business, with its own stock, prices or company.
Do we need separate pages if all our markets speak English?
+
Usually, yes. People in the US, the UK and Australia search for the same things with different words. In the UK, “running trainers” gets about 34,000 searches a month and “running sneakers” about 250. Without a version for each country, Google can show your US page to UK shoppers, with dollar prices and US delivery.
Can we translate the site with AI?
+
As a first draft, yes. Then a native speaker should check it, and the words each page goes after should come from research in that country, not from the translation. Putting hundreds of raw machine-translated pages live at once can leave you with weak pages in every new language, and that's slow to clean up.
Does this help with ChatGPT and AI search in other languages?
+
Yes. People ask ChatGPT and Google's AI in their own language, and the answers lean on pages in that language and on local sites that mention you. So the pages, links and mentions built for each country also help you get named in AI answers there.
Why hire a consultant instead of an international SEO agency?
+
With an agency you usually talk to an account manager while the work happens somewhere else, and many hand you recommendations for your own team to build. Here you talk to the person who plans the work and does it, so nobody has to learn your business twice. An agency is the better fit if you're launching in many countries at once and want ads and translation under one contract.
What do you need from our team, and who handles translation?
+
Access to the site, Google Search Console and analytics, and a little time from someone who knows the business, mostly a short call when each new country gets planned. English-speaking markets get pages written for you. For other languages, each page gets planned for that market, and your translators, local team or a translation service handle the language. Someone on your side checks each page before it goes live.
Does it matter what our website is built on?
+
Most platforms can handle more than one country. On WordPress the changes get made on the site directly, including the setup of language plugins like WPML, Polylang or TranslatePress. On other platforms, like Webflow, Magento or a custom build, they go to your developers with exact instructions, and get checked once they're live.
What will the monthly report show?
+
Sales and leads from search for each country, the revenue behind them, and which pages and searches brought them in. Your home market sits right next to the new ones, so you can see nothing slipped. Rankings, traffic and AI answers in each language are in there too, further down.
