HVAC SEO that brings in more calls and booked jobs, all year
When the AC quits or the furnace won't start, homeowners search Google or ask ChatGPT, then call one of the first names they see. I make sure that's you!
Paid leads stop when the budget does. Search keeps the phone ringing.
Most HVAC companies pay for a big share of their calls through ads and lead sites. Many of those leads go to three or four companies at once, and they all stop the day you stop paying. Calls from your own Google profile and website keep coming, in the busy months and the slow ones.
One Services page for every job
Homeowners search for one job in one town, like “heat pump installation in Westfield”. A single page that lists everything can’t show up for all of those searches.
Competitors look like the safer call
More reviews, newer ones and a fuller Google profile. Google, AI answers and homeowners all lean toward the company they know more about.
The site doesn’t make calling easy
Slow on a phone, no prices or financing, no clear call button. People go back and call the next company on the list.

You don't get a report full of homework. You get the whole job of getting your company found, chosen and called, handled from start to finish.

The pages that bring in calls and booked jobs
Most HVAC sites have a Home page, an About page and one Services page for everything. Homeowners search for one job in one place, like “furnace replacement in Westfield”. These pages get planned, written and built for you.
Replacement pages
AC, furnace and heat pump replacements, with price ranges, financing and real installs. Your biggest jobs.
Repair pages
No heat, no cooling, strange noises. Pages that say how fast you come out and make calling easy.
Maintenance plan
What's in it, what it costs and a way to join online. Steady work for the slow spring and fall weeks.
Town pages
One for each main town you cover, with jobs you've done there. Not the same text with the name swapped.
Answer pages
Repair or replace, what a new system costs, rebates. The questions homeowners ask before they call.
You'll see exactly what search booked
Rankings are nice. Booked jobs pay the bills. Every month you get a report that starts with calls, jobs and revenue from search, so you always know what the work is worth.
Every call traced to its source
You'll see which calls came from the map, your website and AI answers, and the page or search that brought them in.
Booked jobs and revenue, not just clicks
Calls get matched with your booking software, so you see which became repairs, replacements and plan sign-ups.
Rankings and traffic too
Where you show up on the map, in Google and in AI answers is in there as well, just further down.
What this work has done for other businesses
Pages planned around how people search, a faster site, links from the right sites, and getting named in AI answers.
A 30-year-old business up against strong competitors, with a site that took over 3 seconds to load and products that were hard to find. The pages were planned around how people search, the site got faster, the collections were reorganized, and links came from relevant, quality sites.
ChatGPT and Google's AI kept quoting the company's pages without naming the company. Its name went onto the pages AI already trusted, key pages were rebuilt to be easier to quote, and AI visits got tracked.
More results in the case studies.

Build the missing pages
Your first replacement, repair and town pages, written with you, and a simple way to ask every customer for a review.
Keep building, keep reporting
More pages, reviews and links, AI search work, and a monthly report in calls, booked jobs and revenue, with a call to plan what comes next.
Spring
March to MayTune-up and maintenance plan pages, so the slow weeks fill up.
Summer
June to AugustAC repair and replacement, with pages built in spring so they're ready for the heat.
Fall
September to NovemberFurnace repair, heat pumps and heating replacements, ready before it gets cold.
Winter

The person behind Win The Search

I've run Win The Search since 2021, and I've done SEO since I was 14.
Before going out on my own, I spent five years at Munday Digital. I started there as a junior and left as head of SEO, after working on 20+ campaigns for Australian and global brands and managing the team of SEOs, writers and VAs behind them.
Since then I've worked on 120+ projects, including a 30-year-old stone supplier up against bigger competitors, and checked sites for SEO before buyers paid six and seven figures for them.
I plan the work and I do the work: the Google profile, the pages, the technical fixes, the AI search side and the tracking. Nothing gets handed off to a junior.
That's why reports lead with calls, booked jobs and revenue from search, split into repairs, replacements and plan sign-ups. Rankings and traffic are there too, further down.
What HVAC SEO costs
HVAC SEO agencies usually charge $1,500 to $5,000 a month, often with a 6 to 12-month contract. Here's the price for the whole job, and everything that's in it.
Most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, depending on how many towns you cover and how much gets built each month.
An agency makes sense if you want ads, social media and a new website under one contract. If you want more calls and booked jobs from search, you'll get more done with the person doing the work.
Want a check first? An SEO audit starts at $1,500, and the full fee counts toward ongoing work if it starts within 30 days.
What clients say about working with me
Vukasin is the best SEO guy I have ever worked with. He has a very strong understanding of SEO and how it correlates to our business expectations, and hardly needed any guidance on what we wanted done. Highly recommended!
Vuk is one of the sharpest SEO/AEO specialists I've worked with — deeply knowledgeable, always a step ahead on where search is heading, and just a joy to collaborate with. Responsive, easy to talk to, and genuinely fun to work with on any project.
Vuk exceeded expectations with his thorough, data-driven SEO audit. Everyone was very impressed with the quality of Vuk's work, his thoughtfulness and clear expertise. Plus, he's easy to work with, delivers on what he says he's going to deliver, and goes above and beyond.
An amazing SEO consultant whose knowledge goes beyond surface level. He's able to outsmart the thousand SEOs who are just looking at what everyone else is doing.
Vuk provides a really wonderful alternative to larger agencies. The results I got from working with him definitely rival what I've gotten from larger, US-based SEO agencies.
I'm impressed with the work he has put in to help me form my SEO strategy. Knowledgeable about the industry, timely with his work and generous with his advice.

Book a free call →What is HVAC SEO?
+
It's the work that gets your company found when homeowners search for heating and cooling help, on Google Maps, in the regular results and in AI tools like ChatGPT. That means a strong Google Business Profile, a page for every service and town you cover, reviews, a site that works well on phones, and tracking that shows which calls and jobs came from search. Most of it is local SEO, and if you do plumbing too, those services get the same treatment.
What do you actually do each month?
+
The work changes with the seasons and as the site grows, but it's all done for you: your Google profile, new service and town pages, rewrites, technical fixes, reviews, listings and links, AI search, call tracking, and a monthly report with a call. You don't get a to-do list. You get the work.
How much does HVAC SEO cost?
+
HVAC SEO agencies usually charge $1,500 to $5,000 a month, and cheaper packages often cover little more than a few profile posts and a report. Ongoing work with Win The Search starts at $2,500 a month, and most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, depending on how many towns you cover and how much gets built each month. It's month-to-month.
How long until SEO brings in more calls?
+
Fixes to your Google profile and to pages already close to the top can bring in calls within weeks. New pages usually take 3 to 6 months to rank, and calls follow the rankings. That's why each season's pages get built a few months before it starts.
We already pay for ads and lead sites. Why add SEO?
+
Ads and bought leads stop the day the budget does, and many leads go to several companies at once. Calls from your own Google profile and website don't cost you per call, and they keep coming in the slow months too. Most companies keep some ads running while search builds up, then decide how much they still need.
Will SEO bring in replacements and plan sign-ups, or just repair calls?
+
All three, if the pages are there. Searches like “AC replacement” or “heat pump installation” need their own pages with price ranges, financing and real installs. Your maintenance plan gets a page people can join from, and repair pages bring in the visits where replacements and plans often get sold.
Does this help with ChatGPT and AI search?
+
Yes. More homeowners now ask AI tools which HVAC company to call. The answers lean on your Google profile, your reviews, the sites that list you and clear pages about your services and prices. So the same work that wins the map helps you get named in AI answers too. Nobody can promise you a spot, but you can be where AI looks.
Can we show up in towns where we don't have an office?
+
In the regular results, yes, with a good page for each main town you cover. Each one needs something real on it, like jobs you've done there, because pages that only swap the town name rarely rank. On the map it's harder, since Google leans on where your business is, so reviews and links carry more of the load there.
Why hire a consultant instead of an HVAC marketing agency?
+
With an agency you usually talk to an account manager while the work happens somewhere else. Here you talk to the person who plans the work and does it, so nobody has to learn your business twice. An agency is the better fit if you want ads, social media and a new website under one contract.
What do you need from us, and who owns the accounts?
+
Access to your website, Google profile, Search Console and analytics, plus photos from jobs and a short call when new pages get planned. You stay the owner of every account, page and tracking number. If an old agency owns your site or profile, it can be moved back to you.
What will the monthly report show?
+
Calls and booked jobs from search, split into repairs, replacements and plan sign-ups, with the revenue and the pages that brought them in. Traffic, rankings and AI visibility are in there too, just further down.
Does it matter what our website is built on?
+
Most sites can rank. If yours is on WordPress, the changes get made on the site directly. If it's on another platform, they go to whoever manages your site with exact instructions, and get checked once they're live.
