SEO audit services that show you how to get more leads and sales
Every site has a few things holding it back in Google and AI search. This audit finds yours and ranks every fix by what will bring in the most leads and sales. You get exact steps any team can follow and a walkthrough call. Then fix it yourself, hand it to your developers, or have it all done for you.
Most SEO audits don’t lead anywhere
Lots of businesses pay for a website SEO audit and then nothing changes. The report was too long, nothing in it was ranked, and nobody was there to do the work.
A 60-page tool export
A tool checks your site against a list of rules and counts every one that breaks. Most of those warnings don't cost you a single lead, and the few that do get buried.
No priorities
Everything is marked urgent, so nothing is. Nobody can tell a 10-minute fix that matters from a week of work that doesn't, so nobody starts.
Nobody to do the work
The report lands on a busy team, or on a developer who wasn't on the call. Six months later it's still sitting in a folder.
Everything the audit checks, in Google and AI search
Not just the technical side. The audit covers everything that decides whether buyers find you, pick you and get in touch, and whether you can see it when they do.

What you get: a fix list ranked by leads and sales
Every fix says what's wrong, why it matters, who should do it and exactly how. The list is in order, so whoever does the work starts at the top and works down.
The redesign left a setting on that hides these pages from Google. Before that, they brought in a third of your form leads.
All 12 pages show up in Google within two weeks, and form leads from them start coming back.
Then a walkthrough call
We go through the list together, top to bottom, with you and whoever will do the work. Every fix gets explained, and every question gets answered before anyone starts.
You or your team
Many fixes are settings and copy changes anyone can make. The list marks which ones.
Your developers
The bigger fixes come written up for them, with the steps and a way to check each one worked.
All done for you
Ongoing work from $2,500 a month, month-to-month. The audit fee is credited in full if it starts within 30 days.
From kickoff to walkthrough in about two weeks
That's a Full audit. A Focused audit takes about a week, and a large site or store 3 to 4 weeks. Nothing on your site gets changed while it's being checked.
Kickoff call
30 minutes on your business, your buyers and your competitors. You share access to Search Console and analytics.
Everything gets checked
The whole site, page by page, then your competitors, links, AI answers and tracking.
The fix list gets written
Every problem worth fixing, ranked by leads and sales, with exact steps for each one.
The walkthrough call
We go through the list with you and whoever will do the work, and you decide who does what.
Audits that turned into results
Two clients, and what changed once the problems holding them back got fixed. One wanted more leads. The other sold a huge catalog Google couldn't make sense of.
A 30-year-old stone business up against strong competitors. The site took over 3 seconds to load, and products were hard to find.
Google was going through 68,000 pages and couldn't read the product grid. The pages got cut to the 8,000 that matter, the grid got fixed, and the category pages were matched to what buyers search.
The person behind Win The Search

I've run Win The Search since 2021, and I've done SEO since I was 14.
Before going out on my own, I spent five years at Munday Digital. I started there as a junior and left as head of SEO, after working on 20+ campaigns for Australian and global brands and managing the team of SEOs, writers and VAs behind them.
Since then I've worked on 120+ projects and checked sites for SEO before buyers paid six and seven figures for them, where a missed problem gets expensive fast.
I run every audit myself, and I plan and do the work after it too: the pages, the technical fixes, the AI search side and the tracking. Nothing gets handed off to a junior.
My audits lead with what's costing you leads and sales, and what to fix first. Traffic and rankings are in there too, further down.
SEO audit pricing: three fixed prices
A tool report can cost under $750, and agency audits often start around $8,000. These prices are fixed and quoted up front. The size of your site decides the tier.
A free tool is fine for a quick check. An agency makes sense if you want the audit and a big team to carry it out under one contract. If you want to know what to fix first and why, you'll get more from the person who would do the work.
What clients say about working with me
Vukasin is the best SEO guy I have ever worked with. He has a very strong understanding of SEO and how it correlates to our business expectations, and hardly needed any guidance on what we wanted done. Highly recommended!
Vuk is one of the sharpest SEO/AEO specialists I've worked with — deeply knowledgeable, always a step ahead on where search is heading, and just a joy to collaborate with. Responsive, easy to talk to, and genuinely fun to work with on any project.
Vuk exceeded expectations with his thorough, data-driven SEO audit. Everyone was very impressed with the quality of Vuk's work, his thoughtfulness and clear expertise. Plus, he's easy to work with, delivers on what he says he's going to deliver, and goes above and beyond.
An amazing SEO consultant whose knowledge goes beyond surface level. He's able to outsmart the thousand SEOs who are just looking at what everyone else is doing.
Vuk provides a really wonderful alternative to larger agencies. The results I got from working with him definitely rival what I've gotten from larger, US-based SEO agencies.
I'm impressed with the work he has put in to help me form my SEO strategy. Knowledgeable about the industry, timely with his work and generous with his advice.

Book a free call →How much does an SEO audit cost?
+
Tool reports can cost under $750, and agency audits often start around $8,000. Audits here have three fixed prices: Focused $1,500, Full $2,500, and Large site or store from $4,500. The fee is credited in full if ongoing work starts within 30 days.
What's included in an SEO audit?
+
Everything that decides whether buyers find you, pick you and get in touch: technical problems, the pages you have and the ones you're missing, competitors, links and mentions, AI search and lead tracking. You get a fix list ranked by what will bring in the most leads and sales, exact steps for each fix and a walkthrough call. The Focused audit covers the technical side and your key pages.
How long does an SEO audit take?
+
About a week for a Focused audit, about two weeks for a Full audit, and 3 to 4 weeks for a large site or store. The clock starts once you've shared access to Search Console and analytics.
Will you fix the problems, or just hand me a report?
+
Either. The steps are in the report, so your team or your developers can make the fixes, whatever your site runs on. If you'd rather have it all done for you, ongoing work starts at $2,500 a month, and the audit fee is credited in full if it starts within 30 days. On WordPress the changes get made on the site directly. On other platforms, like Webflow, Magento or a custom build, they go to your developers with exact instructions, and get checked once they're live.
Is the audit just a pitch for ongoing work?
+
No. Every fix comes with the steps to make it, so you can take the list to anyone. The credit is there if you want help afterwards, and nothing in the audit depends on it.
Can't I just use a free audit tool or ChatGPT?
+
Use them. A free tool catches obvious errors, and ChatGPT can explain what a problem means. Neither can tell which problems cost you leads and sales, what your competitors have that you don't, or how to fix things on your site. That's what a paid audit adds.
What's the difference between an SEO audit and a technical SEO audit?
+
A technical SEO audit checks whether Google can find, read and load your pages properly. A full SEO audit adds the pages you're missing, competitors, links, AI search and tracking. The Focused audit works as a technical SEO audit service, and the Full audit covers everything. If you need the technical problems fixed, not just found, see technical SEO services.
My traffic dropped. Can an audit find out why?
+
Usually, yes. The first step is lining up the date of the drop with what changed: a Google update, a redesign, a new platform or a tracking change. A Focused audit is often enough to find the cause and the fix.
Does the audit cover ChatGPT and AI search?
+
Yes, in the Full and Large audits. Real questions your buyers ask get run through ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, to see who gets named and which sites get quoted. The fix list then shows what it would take to get your company named. More on that on the AI SEO services page.
What do you need from us?
+
Read access to Google Search Console and analytics, a 30-minute kickoff call about your business and your buyers, and the walkthrough call at the end. Nothing on your site gets changed during the audit.
How often should you get an SEO audit?
+
A full audit every year or two is enough for most sites, plus a focused one around big changes like a redesign, a new platform or a sharp drop. If changes go live every week, ongoing work catches problems sooner than another audit.
Why hire a consultant for an audit instead of an agency?
+
At an agency, the person who sells the audit is often not the one who runs it. Here the person who runs the audit writes it, walks you through it and answers your questions afterwards. An agency makes sense if you want the audit and a big team to carry it out under one contract.
