Roofing SEO that brings in inspections, calls and signed jobs
When a roof starts leaking or a storm rolls through, homeowners search Google and ask ChatGPT for a roofer they can trust. My work makes sure they find you, pick you and book an inspection.
Every storm sends homeowners to Google. The jobs go to whoever they find.
After a leak or a hailstorm, people search on their phone, look at the map and call one of the first few roofers they see. If that isn't you, the call goes to another roofer, or to a lead site that sells it to several roofers at once.
No page for what they searched
One Services page can't win “roof replacement in Fairview”, “hail damage repair” and “flat roof repair” at the same time. Each needs its own page.
Fewer reviews, and older ones
Homeowners pick the roofer with more recent reviews and photos of local jobs, and Google's map leans the same way.
You only show up near the shop
Most roofers rank well a few streets from their address and fade after that. The next town over goes to someone else.
The site makes booking hard
Slow on a phone, no photos of real work, no clear way to book an inspection. People go back and call the next roofer.
Everything it takes to win roofing jobs from search, done for you
You don't get a report full of homework. You get the whole job of getting your company found, chosen and called, handled from start to finish.
Get found
Show up when homeowners and property managers search
Get chosen
Give people a reason to call you, not the next roofer
Get recommended
Build trust with Google, AI and homeowners
Get the job
Turn searches into inspections and signed jobs
The pages that bring in inspections and signed jobs
Most roofing sites have a Home page, one Services page and a gallery. Homeowners search for one job in one place, like “hail damage roof repair in Oak Ridge”. These pages get planned, written and built for you.
Residential
For homeowners with a leak or an old roofStorm and insurance
For the days after hail and high windsCommercial
For property managers and building ownersYour towns
For each main town you work inYou'll see exactly what search brought in
Rankings are nice. Signed jobs pay the bills. Every month you get a report that starts with inspections and signed work, so you always know what the work is worth.
Every job traced to its source
You'll see which calls and inspection requests came from your Google profile, your website or AI answers, and the page or search behind each one.
Signed jobs, not just leads
Results come from your job list or CRM, so the report shows what got signed and what it was worth, by job type and by town.
Rankings and traffic too
Where you show up across your towns, in Google and in AI answers, is in there as well, just further down.
What this work has done for other businesses
Pages planned around how people search, a faster site, links from the right sites and tracking that counts leads.
A 30-year-old stone business with plenty of experience, and a website that was holding it back.
It barely showed up in Google in its main markets. The technical problems got fixed, the site was rebuilt around what buyers search, and links came from relevant sites.
Google was wasting its time on 68,000 pages. They were cut down to the 8,000 that matter, and the category pages were matched to what buyers search.
What the first 90 days look like
No waiting months for a strategy deck. Work starts in week one, and changes start going live on your site and your Google profile in the first month. If storm season is close, the storm pages go first.
Find what's worth winning
A look at your Google profile, your site, your competitors and what people in your towns search for. You get a plan ranked by what will bring in the most signed jobs.
Fix what's holding you back
Your Google profile, technical problems, slow pages, call buttons and inspection forms. Call tracking goes in, so you can see what changes.
Build the missing pages
Your first service, storm and town pages, written with you, and a simple way to ask every customer for a review.
Keep building, keep reporting
More pages, reviews, listings and links, AI search work, and a report in inspections and signed jobs.
Replacement and repair
Homeowners with a leak, an old roof or a house to sell.
A page for each service and town, real job photos and reviews that make you the safe pick.
Storm and insurance work
Homeowners after hail or high winds, often with a claim open.
Storm and claim pages live before the storm, and local proof that sets you apart from storm chasers.
Commercial roofing
Property managers, building owners and general contractors.
Pages for flat roofs, coatings and maintenance plans, with projects like theirs.
The person behind Win The Search

I've run Win The Search since 2021, and I've done SEO since I was 14.
Before going out on my own, I spent five years at Munday Digital. I started there as a junior and left as head of SEO, after working on 20+ campaigns for Australian and global brands and managing the team of SEOs, writers and VAs behind them.
Since then I've worked on 120+ projects, including a 30-year-old marble and stone supplier up against strong competitors, and checked sites for SEO before buyers paid six and seven figures for them.
I plan the work and I do the work: the Google profile, the pages, the technical fixes, the AI search side and the tracking. Nothing gets handed off to a junior.
That's why reports lead with inspections, calls and signed jobs from search, by job type and by town. Rankings and traffic are there too, further down.
What roofing SEO costs
Roofing SEO agencies usually charge $1,500 to $5,000 a month, often on a 6 to 12-month contract. Here's the price for the whole job, and everything that's in it.
Most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, depending on how many towns you cover and how much gets built each month.
An agency makes sense if you want ads, social media and a new website under one contract. If SEO is what you need, you'll get more done with the person doing the work.
Not ready for monthly work? An SEO audit, from $1,500, is a smaller first step.
What clients say about working with me
Vukasin is the best SEO guy I have ever worked with. He has a very strong understanding of SEO and how it correlates to our business expectations, and hardly needed any guidance on what we wanted done. Highly recommended!
Vuk is one of the sharpest SEO/AEO specialists I've worked with — deeply knowledgeable, always a step ahead on where search is heading, and just a joy to collaborate with. Responsive, easy to talk to, and genuinely fun to work with on any project.
Vuk exceeded expectations with his thorough, data-driven SEO audit. Everyone was very impressed with the quality of Vuk's work, his thoughtfulness and clear expertise. Plus, he's easy to work with, delivers on what he says he's going to deliver, and goes above and beyond.
An amazing SEO consultant whose knowledge goes beyond surface level. He's able to outsmart the thousand SEOs who are just looking at what everyone else is doing.
Vuk provides a really wonderful alternative to larger agencies. The results I got from working with him definitely rival what I've gotten from larger, US-based SEO agencies.
I'm impressed with the work he has put in to help me form my SEO strategy. Knowledgeable about the industry, timely with his work and generous with his advice.

+
It's the work that gets your company found when homeowners and property managers look for a roofer on Google, on the map and in AI tools like ChatGPT. That means a complete Google Business Profile, a page for each service and town, steady reviews, a site that works well on phones, and tracking that shows which searches turned into inspections and signed jobs. The map side of it is called local SEO.
What do you actually do each month?
+
The work changes as your company grows, but it's all done for you: your Google profile, new service, storm and town pages, rewrites, technical fixes, reviews and listings, links, AI search, tracking, and a monthly report with a call.
How much does roofing SEO cost?
+
Roofing SEO agencies usually charge $1,500 to $5,000 a month, often on a 6 to 12-month contract. Ongoing work with Win The Search starts at $2,500 a month, and most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, depending on how many towns you cover and how much gets built each month. It's month-to-month.
How long until SEO brings in roofing jobs?
+
Fixes to your Google profile and to pages already close to page one can show up within weeks. Showing up across the towns around you usually takes 3 to 6 months, because pages, reviews and links need time to add up. The best time to start is well before storm season.
Is SEO better than buying leads?
+
It works differently. Bought leads are fast, but shared leads go to several roofers at once and you pay whether you win the job or not. A homeowner who finds you in search calls you and nobody else. Many roofers keep some paid leads while SEO builds, then lean on them less as their own calls grow.
Can you help us get more storm and hail damage jobs?
+
Yes. After a storm, homeowners search for storm damage repair, hail damage, emergency repairs and help with insurance claims. Those pages, plus recent reviews and photos of local jobs, need to be live before the storm hits, because that's when the searches jump. Homeowners are wary of out-of-town storm chasers, so proof that you're local matters a lot.
Can we show up in towns where we don't have an office?
+
In the regular results, yes, with a good page for each main town you work in, with real jobs, photos and reviews from there. In the map it's much harder, and fake addresses get profiles suspended, so they're not worth the risk.
Does this help with ChatGPT and AI search?
+
Yes. More homeowners now ask AI tools who to call, or what a new roof should cost. The answers lean on reviews, listings and websites Google already trusts, so the same work helps you get named in AI answers too. Nobody can promise you a spot, but you can be where AI looks.
Why hire a consultant instead of a roofing marketing agency?
+
With an agency you usually talk to an account manager while the work happens somewhere else. Here you talk to the person who plans the work and does it. An agency is the better fit if you want ads, social media and a new website under one contract.
What do you need from us, and who owns the accounts?
+
Access to your Google profile, your website, Search Console and analytics, photos from recent jobs, and a short call when new pages get planned. You stay the owner of every account. If an old agency owns your profile or your site, it can be moved back to you.
What will the monthly report show?
+
Calls, inspection requests and signed jobs from search, and what they were worth, split by job type and by town. Signed jobs come from your job list or CRM, so the numbers are real money. Where you show up across your towns, traffic and AI visibility are in there too, just further down.
Does it matter what our website is built on?
+
Most sites can rank. If yours is on WordPress, the changes get made on the site directly. If it's on another platform, they go to whoever manages your site with exact instructions, and get checked once they're live.
