B2C ecommerce SEO for brands tired of paying for every sale
Ads cost more every year, and the sales stop when the budget does. Search keeps selling. This work puts your products in front of shoppers on Google and in AI answers, and turns those visits into orders. The strategy, collection and product pages, technical fixes, AI search and tracking, all done for you.
Ads charge you for every order. SEO doesn’t.
With ads, the thousandth order costs about the same as the first, and ad prices keep going up. With SEO you pay for the work, not the click. So every extra order from search brings down what each one costs.
Fixes and tracking. Search costs more per order than ads.
Pages start ranking for specific searches. About level with ads.
Collection pages climb. Search is now the cheaper channel.
Same fee, more orders. You can move budget away from ads.
The first few months cost more per order than ads, because the work comes before the results. Keep your ads running while search catches up. Then move budget over as orders from search grow.
Everything it takes to sell more from search, done for you
You don't get a report full of homework. You get the whole job of getting your products found, chosen and bought, handled from start to finish.

Collection and product pages do the selling
That's where shoppers land from Google, ready to buy. Most stores have the products but not the pages that match how people search. These get planned, written and built for you.
Collection pages
Built around what shoppers type, with a short intro that helps them choose.
Product pages
Sizes, materials, fit, care and the questions people ask before they buy.
Pages for specific searches
Wide fit, waterproof, under $100. Smaller searches from people ready to buy.
Buying guides and comparisons
For shoppers still deciding, with links straight to the products.
Brand and review searches
So people searching your name find you, not a coupon site or a reseller.
You'll see exactly what search sold
Traffic is nice. Orders pay the bills. Every month you get a report that starts with orders and revenue from search, so you always know what the work is worth.
Every order traced to a page
You'll see which pages and searches brought in each order, and what it was worth.
Brand searches kept separate
People who search your name were coming anyway. Orders from product searches show what SEO adds.
Rankings and traffic too
Google and AI search visibility are in there as well, just further down.
Two consumer brands, two different fixes
Neither needed more blog posts. One had pages competing with each other for the same searches. The other had a strong range that Google wasn't showing.
A well-known brand stuck outside the top 3
Its most important searches were stuck just outside the top 3. Better links between its own pages, reworked collection pages, and removing about 30% of the pages that were competing with each other for the same searches got rankings moving within 2 months.
Results in 8 monthsA big product range, flat growth from search, and customers who are worth a lot over time. The technical problems got fixed, the category pages improved and the product pages rebuilt. The brand got built up as a name people trust in its niche.
What the first 90 days look like
No waiting months for a strategy deck. Work starts in week one, and changes start going live on your store in the first month.
Find what's worth winning
A look at your store, your competitors and what your shoppers search for, plus a call about your best-sellers and margins. You get a plan ranked by what will bring in the most sales.
Fix what's holding you back
Technical problems, slow pages, duplicate pages, your product feed and order tracking.
Build the missing pages
New and rewritten collection pages, product pages and buying guides.
Keep building, keep reporting
More pages, AI search work, links and mentions, and a report in orders and revenue.
The person behind Win The Search

I've run Win The Search since 2021, and I've done SEO since I was 14.
Before going out on my own, I spent five years at Munday Digital. I started there as a junior and left as head of SEO, after working on 20+ campaigns for Australian and global brands and managing the team of SEOs, writers and VAs behind them.
Since then I've worked on 120+ projects, including consumer stores selling everything from fashion to music gear, and checked sites for SEO before buyers paid six and seven figures for them.
I plan the work and I do the work: the pages, the technical fixes, the AI search side and the tracking. Nothing gets handed off to a junior.
That's why reports lead with orders and revenue from search. Traffic and rankings are there too, further down.
What B2C ecommerce SEO costs
Agencies that do ecommerce SEO for consumer brands usually charge $3,000 to $15,000 a month, often with a 6-month minimum. Here's the price, and everything that's in it.
Most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, depending on how much gets built each month.
An agency makes sense if you want ads, email, a rebrand and a big content team under one contract. If SEO is what you need, you'll get more done with the person doing the work.
What clients say about working with me
Vukasin is the best SEO guy I have ever worked with. He has a very strong understanding of SEO and how it correlates to our business expectations, and hardly needed any guidance on what we wanted done. Highly recommended!
Vuk is one of the sharpest SEO/AEO specialists I've worked with — deeply knowledgeable, always a step ahead on where search is heading, and just a joy to collaborate with. Responsive, easy to talk to, and genuinely fun to work with on any project.
Vuk exceeded expectations with his thorough, data-driven SEO audit. Everyone was very impressed with the quality of Vuk's work, his thoughtfulness and clear expertise. Plus, he's easy to work with, delivers on what he says he's going to deliver, and goes above and beyond.
An amazing SEO consultant whose knowledge goes beyond surface level. He's able to outsmart the thousand SEOs who are just looking at what everyone else is doing.
Vuk provides a really wonderful alternative to larger agencies. The results I got from working with him definitely rival what I've gotten from larger, US-based SEO agencies.
I'm impressed with the work he has put in to help me form my SEO strategy. Knowledgeable about the industry, timely with his work and generous with his advice.

The work changes as the store grows, but it's all done for you: research, new pages and rewrites, technical fixes, AI search work, links and mentions, tracking, and a monthly report with a call. You don't get a to-do list. You get the work.
How much does B2C ecommerce SEO cost?
+
Agencies usually charge $3,000 to $15,000 a month. Ongoing work with Win The Search starts at $2,500 a month, most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, and it's month-to-month. How big your catalog is and how much gets built each month decide where you land.
Is SEO worth it if our ads already work?
+
Usually, yes, because the two do different jobs. Ads buy sales today at a price that keeps going up. SEO costs the same each month whether it brings in 50 orders or 500, so each order gets cheaper as it grows. Most brands keep both and move budget over as search picks up.
How long until SEO pays for itself?
+
Fixes to pages that are already close to the top can show up within weeks. Rankings on specific searches usually move in 3 to 4 months. When search becomes cheaper per order than ads depends on your margins, your catalog and where the store starts.
Can a small brand compete with Amazon in Google?
+
Not for broad searches like “running shoes”, and you don't need to. Specific searches are wide open: a fit, a feature, a price, a comparison. Those shoppers are ready to buy. Your own brand searches matter too, because coupon sites and resellers often take those clicks.
Should we use AI to write product descriptions?
+
Carefully. Descriptions written in bulk tend to sound like every other store and skip what shoppers ask about. It works better to rewrite your best-sellers properly first, then use AI with clear rules and real product facts for the rest, and check what it writes.
Does this help with ChatGPT and AI shopping?
+
Yes. AI assistants now recommend products by name, and they pull from the same things search does: clear product details, pages that answer real questions, and what reviews and other sites say about you. So the work that ranks you in Google also gets you recommended in AI answers. It's still a small share of sales for most stores, but it's growing.
Why hire a consultant instead of an ecommerce SEO agency?
+
With an agency you usually talk to an account manager while the work happens somewhere else. Here you talk to the person who builds the plan and does the work, so nobody has to learn your products twice. An agency is the better fit if you want ads, email and a large content team under one contract.
What do you need from our team?
+
Access to the store, Google Search Console, analytics and your product feed. Plus a little time from someone who knows the products, mostly a short call when new pages get planned. Someone on your side checks each page before it goes live.
Does it matter what our store is built on?
+
Most platforms can rank. On WordPress and WooCommerce the changes get made on the site directly. On other platforms, like Magento or a custom build, they go to your developers with exact instructions, and get checked once they're live.
We're moving to a new platform. Will we lose rankings?
+
You don't have to. Most drops after a move come from old pages that don't point to their new address, filter pages that break, and content that didn't come across. Mapping every old page before launch and checking the key pages after it keeps the risk low.
What will the monthly report show?
+
Orders and revenue from search, and the pages and searches that brought them in. It's split between people who searched your brand and people who found you through a product search, so you can see what SEO is adding. Traffic and rankings are in there too, just further down.
