Manufacturing SEO that brings in RFQs, calls and orders
When engineers and buyers need a supplier, they search Google and ask ChatGPT. This work makes sure they find you, like what they see and ask for a quote. The strategy, the pages, the technical fixes, AI search and the tracking, all done for you.
Your buyers are searching. Most of them never find you.
Before anyone sends an RFQ, they search for the part, the process or the problem they need solved. If your site doesn't show up, the job goes to whoever does.
Google can't tell what you make
A Capabilities page and a row of logos don't match what buyers type. Every product, process and industry you serve needs its own page.
Someone else answers the search better
Directories, distributors and competitors have pages that answer the search, so they get the click and the RFQ.
Visitors leave without asking for a quote
No specs, no proof, no easy way to send a drawing. Buyers move on to the next supplier.
Everything it takes to win search, done for you
You don't get a report full of homework. You get the whole job of getting your company found, chosen and contacted online, handled from start to finish.

The pages that bring in RFQs
Buyers search for specific things, so they need specific pages. Most manufacturing sites have a handful of pages trying to cover everything. These get planned, written and built for you, using what your team already knows.
Capability and process pages
What you can make, how, and to what tolerances.
Product pages
Specs, options, lead times and a quote button.
Industry pages
Aerospace, medical, food or whoever you sell to, in their language.
Part number pages
For buyers who search by part number or cross-reference.
Case studies and proof
Certifications, photos and jobs you've done.
You'll see exactly what SEO brought in
Traffic is nice. RFQs, calls and orders pay the bills. Every month you get a report that starts with those, so you always know what the work is worth.
Every lead traced to a page
You'll see which pages and searches brought in each RFQ, call and order.
Quoted and won, not just clicks
Results come from your quote log or CRM, so the report shows real money.
Rankings and traffic too
Google and AI search visibility are in there as well, just further down.
Two manufacturers, and what changed
One had a huge catalog Google couldn't make sense of. The other was invisible in AI answers, even though AI was using its pages.
Google was crawling tens of thousands of pages nobody searched for, and it couldn't read the product grid. The site structure was rebuilt, the grid was fixed and the category pages were matched to what buyers search.
ChatGPT and Google's AI kept quoting the company's pages without naming the company. Its name went onto the pages AI already trusted, key pages were rebuilt and AI visits got tracked.
What the first 90 days look like
No waiting months for a strategy deck. Work starts in week one, and changes start going live on your site in the first month.
Find what's worth winning
A look at your site, your competitors and what buyers search for, plus a call with whoever handles quotes. You get a plan ranked by what will bring in the most RFQs.
Fix what's holding you back
Technical problems, slow pages, pages stuck on page two, quote forms and tracking.
Build the missing pages
New product, capability and industry pages, written with your team.
Keep building, keep reporting
More pages, AI search work, links and mentions, and a report in RFQs and dollars.
The person behind Win The Search

I've run Win The Search since 2021, and I've done SEO since I was 14.
Before going out on my own, I spent five years at Munday Digital. I started there as a junior and left as head of SEO, after working on 20+ campaigns for Australian and global brands and managing the team of SEOs, writers and VAs behind them.
Since then I've worked on 120+ projects, including an industrial parts manufacturer, a marble and stone supplier and B2B companies that sell to engineers.
I plan the work and I do the work: the pages, the technical fixes, the AI search side and the tracking. Nothing gets handed off to a junior.
That's why reports lead with RFQs, quoted value and won jobs from search. Traffic and rankings are there too, further down.
What manufacturing SEO costs
Agencies that focus on manufacturers usually charge $3,000 to $15,000 a month, often with a 6-month minimum. Here's the price, and everything that's in it.
Most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, depending on how much gets built each month.
An agency makes sense if you want ads, a rebrand and a big content team under one contract. If SEO is what you need, you'll get more done with the person doing the work.
What clients say about working with me
Vukasin is the best SEO guy I have ever worked with. He has a very strong understanding of SEO and how it correlates to our business expectations, and hardly needed any guidance on what we wanted done. Highly recommended!
Vuk is one of the sharpest SEO/AEO specialists I've worked with — deeply knowledgeable, always a step ahead on where search is heading, and just a joy to collaborate with. Responsive, easy to talk to, and genuinely fun to work with on any project.
Vuk exceeded expectations with his thorough, data-driven SEO audit. Everyone was very impressed with the quality of Vuk's work, his thoughtfulness and clear expertise. Plus, he's easy to work with, delivers on what he says he's going to deliver, and goes above and beyond.
An amazing SEO consultant whose knowledge goes beyond surface level. He's able to outsmart the thousand SEOs who are just looking at what everyone else is doing.
Vuk provides a really wonderful alternative to larger agencies. The results I got from working with him definitely rival what I've gotten from larger, US-based SEO agencies.
I'm impressed with the work he has put in to help me form my SEO strategy. Knowledgeable about the industry, timely with his work and generous with his advice.

Book a free call →What is manufacturing SEO?
+
It's everything that gets your company found when engineers and buyers search for what you make, on Google and in AI tools like ChatGPT. That means the right pages, a site Google can read easily, mentions on other sites, and tracking that shows which searches turn into RFQs.
What do you actually do each month?
+
The work changes as the site grows, but it's all done for you: research, new pages and rewrites, technical fixes, AI search work, links and mentions, tracking, and a monthly report with a call. You don't get a to-do list. You get the work.
How much does manufacturing SEO cost?
+
Agencies that focus on manufacturers usually charge $3,000 to $15,000 a month. Ongoing work with Win The Search starts at $2,500 a month, most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, and it's month-to-month.
How long until we see more RFQs?
+
Fixes to pages already sitting on page two can show up within weeks. New pages usually need 3 to 6 months. On long sales cycles, RFQs come first and purchase orders follow.
Does SEO work if most of our business comes from referrals and trade shows?
+
It doesn't replace them, it adds to them. People you meet at a show still look you up before they call, and a weak site can lose you a job you were referred for. Search also reaches buyers outside your network who are looking for exactly what you make.
What do you need from our team?
+
Access to the site, Google Search Console and analytics, and a little time from someone who knows the products, mostly a short call when new pages get planned. Someone on your side checks each page before it goes live.
Does this help with ChatGPT and AI search?
+
Yes. Buyers use AI tools to build supplier shortlists, then check the supplier's own site. AI answers lean on clear pages and facts that match across the web, so the same work that ranks you in Google gets you named in AI answers too.
Do we need a new website first?
+
Usually not. Most of the gains come from fixing and adding pages on the site you have. If a redesign is planned anyway, SEO should be part of it from the start, because a redesign is when manufacturers most often lose rankings.
Can our pages rank above distributors and directories?
+
Often, yes. It takes pages with more detail than any listing, plus a few mentions from the right sites. Distributors will still rank too, and that's fine when they send buyers your way.
Why hire a consultant instead of a manufacturing SEO agency?
+
With an agency you usually talk to an account manager while the work happens somewhere else. Here you talk to the person who builds the plan and does the work, so nobody has to learn your products twice. An agency is the better fit if you want ads, a rebrand and a large content team under one contract.
What will the monthly report show?
+
RFQs, calls and orders from search, the quoted value and the jobs won, and which pages and searches brought them in. Traffic and rankings are in there too, just further down.
Does it matter what our website is built on?
+
Most platforms can rank. On WordPress the changes get made on the site directly. On other platforms they go to your developer with exact instructions, and get checked once they're live.
