Plumbing SEO that brings in more calls and booked jobs, all year
When a pipe bursts or the water heater quits, people search Google or ask ChatGPT, then call one of the first plumbers they see. Plumbing SEO is how I make sure that's you!
Lead sites share their leads. Plumbing SEO brings calls only to you.
If you buy leads from Angi or Thumbtack, a lot of them go to several plumbers at once, and you pay for each one whether you get the job or not. Calls from your own Google profile and website go only to you, and they keep coming in the busy months and the slow ones.
One Services page for every job
Homeowners search for one job in one town, like “sewer line repair in Westfield”. A single page that lists everything can’t show up for all of those searches.
Competitors look like the safer call
They have more reviews, newer ones and photos of real jobs. In BrightLocal's 2026 survey, 47% of people said they won't use a business with fewer than 20 reviews.
The site doesn’t make calling easy
It's slow on a phone, the call button is hard to find and nothing says who answers at night. So people go back and call the next plumber on the list.
Every part of SEO for plumbers, done for you
You don't get a report full of homework. I handle the whole job of getting your plumbing company found, chosen and called, from start to finish.
Get found
Show up on the map and in Google
Get chosen
Give homeowners a reason to call you
Get recommended
Be the name Google, AI and neighbors trust
Get the call
Turn searches into calls and booked jobs
The pages homeowners call you from
A lot of plumbing sites stop at a Home page, an About page and one Services page for everything. That’s not enough to show up for “water heater replacement in Westfield”. I plan these pages, write them and build them on your site.
Water heater pages
Tank and tankless replacements, with price ranges, real installs and financing terms spelled out. Some of your biggest jobs.
Emergency pages
Burst pipes, leaks, backed-up drains. Pages that load fast on a phone, show your real hours and make calling easy.
Drain & sewer pages
Drain cleaning, jetting, camera inspections and sewer line repair. Steady drain calls, and sewer jobs that run into the thousands.
Town pages
One for each main town you cover, with jobs you've done there. Not the same text with the name swapped.
Answer pages
Water heater and sewer line costs, tank or tankless. The questions homeowners ask before they call.
You'll see exactly what search booked
Rankings are nice. Booked jobs pay the bills. Every month I send you a report that starts with calls, jobs and revenue from search, so you always know what the work is worth.
Every call traced to its source
You'll see which calls came from the map, your website and AI answers, and the page or search that brought them in.
Matched to booked jobs and revenue
I match calls with your booking software, like ServiceTitan or Jobber, so you see which ones turned into repairs, water heaters or sewer jobs.
Rankings and traffic too
Your spots on the map, in Google and in AI answers are in there too, just further down.
What this work has done for other industries
None of these are plumbing companies, but the work carries over. Pages built around how people search, faster sites, good links and getting named in AI answers.
A 30-year-old business up against strong competitors, with a site that took over 3 seconds to load and products that were hard to find. I planned the pages around how people search, made the site faster, reorganized the collections and built links from relevant, quality sites.
ChatGPT and Google's AI kept quoting the company's pages without naming the company. So I put its name on the pages AI already trusted, rebuilt key pages to be easier to quote and set up tracking for AI visits.
More results in the case studies.
What the first 90 days look like
No waiting months for a strategy deck. I start in week one, and changes go live on your site and your Google profile within the first month.
Find what's worth winning
I look at your site, your Google profile, your competitors and what homeowners in your area search for. Then you get a plan ranked by what will bring in the most booked jobs.
Fix what's holding you back
I fix your Google profile, slow pages, call buttons and hours, add your license number where your state wants it, and set up call tracking so you can see what changes.
Build the missing pages
I build your first water heater, drain and town pages with your input, and set up a simple way to ask every customer for a review.
Keep building, keep reporting
More pages, reviews, links and AI search work. Every month you get a report in calls, booked jobs and revenue, and we get on a call to plan what's next.
Spring
March to MaySump pump pages, since sump pump searches jump in April.
Summer
June to AugustWater heater repair searches hit their yearly high in July, so those pages go up in spring.
Fall
September to NovemberHoliday drain pages. Roto-Rooter says the day after Thanksgiving is plumbers' busiest day.
Winter
December to FebruaryFrozen pipe pages. Searches go from about 1,100 to 38,000 a month by January.
The person behind Win The Search

I've run Win The Search since 2021, and I've done SEO since I was 14.
Before going out on my own, I spent five years at Munday Digital. I started there as a junior and left as head of SEO, after working on 20+ campaigns for Australian and global brands and managing the team of SEOs, writers and VAs behind them.
Since then I've worked on 120+ projects, including a 30-year-old stone supplier up against bigger competitors, and checked sites for SEO before buyers paid six and seven figures for them.
I plan the work and I do it, from the Google profile and the pages to the technical fixes, AI search and tracking. Nothing gets handed off to a junior.
What I care about is what search brings in. So I measure my work the way you would, in calls and booked jobs, split into repairs and drains, water heaters and sewer lines, and commercial work.
What plumbing SEO costs
Plumbing SEO agencies usually charge $1,000 to $5,000 a month, and some add a setup fee and a 12-month contract. With me it's one price for the whole job, and you can stop any month.
Most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, depending on how many towns you cover and how much I build each month.
An agency makes sense if you want ads, social media and a new website under one contract. If you mainly want more calls from search, you'll get more done working with the person doing the work.
Want a check first? An SEO audit starts at $1,500, and the full fee counts toward ongoing work if it starts within 30 days.
What clients say about working with me
Vukasin is the best SEO guy I have ever worked with. He has a very strong understanding of SEO and how it correlates to our business expectations, and hardly needed any guidance on what we wanted done. Highly recommended!
Vuk is one of the sharpest SEO/AEO specialists I've worked with — deeply knowledgeable, always a step ahead on where search is heading, and just a joy to collaborate with. Responsive, easy to talk to, and genuinely fun to work with on any project.
Vuk exceeded expectations with his thorough, data-driven SEO audit. Everyone was very impressed with the quality of Vuk's work, his thoughtfulness and clear expertise. Plus, he's easy to work with, delivers on what he says he's going to deliver, and goes above and beyond.
An amazing SEO consultant whose knowledge goes beyond surface level. He's able to outsmart the thousand SEOs who are just looking at what everyone else is doing.
Vuk provides a really wonderful alternative to larger agencies. The results I got from working with him definitely rival what I've gotten from larger, US-based SEO agencies.
I'm impressed with the work he has put in to help me form my SEO strategy. Knowledgeable about the industry, timely with his work and generous with his advice.

Book a free call →What is plumbing SEO?
+
It's the work that gets your company found when people need a plumber, on Google Maps, in the regular results and in AI tools like ChatGPT. That means a strong Google Business Profile, a page for every job and town you cover, recent reviews, a fast site and call tracking. Most of it is local SEO. If you're a plumbing and HVAC shop, each trade gets its own pages so they don't compete, and the heating and cooling side is covered on my HVAC SEO page.
What do you actually do each month?
+
It changes with the seasons and as the site grows, but I do all of it myself. That covers your Google profile, new job and town pages, rewrites, technical fixes, reviews, listings and links, AI search and call tracking, plus a monthly report and a call. You won't get a to-do list from me.
How much does plumbing SEO cost?
+
Plumbing SEO agencies usually charge $1,000 to $5,000 a month, and some add a setup fee and a 12-month contract. Budget packages from about $250 to $300 a month exist too, so it's worth asking what's included and who does the work. Ongoing work with Win The Search starts at $2,500 a month, and most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, depending on how many towns you cover and how much I build each month. It's month-to-month.
How long until SEO brings in more calls?
+
Fixes to your Google profile and to pages already close to the top can bring in calls within weeks. New pages usually take 3 to 6 months to rank, and calls follow the rankings. That's why I build the frozen pipe and water heater pages a few months before their busy season.
We already pay for Angi, Thumbtack or Google ads. Why add SEO?
+
Angi sends its Market Match leads to up to four pros, and you pay whether you win the job or not. Thumbtack charges for the lead too. Local Services Ads, the ones with the Google Verified badge, charge per lead and need a verified Google profile, which this work strengthens. Calls from your own profile and website go only to you and cost nothing per call. Keep one lead source running while search builds.
Will SEO bring in water heater and sewer jobs, or just small repairs?
+
Both, if the pages are there. Searches like “water heater replacement” or “sewer line repair” need their own pages with price ranges, real job photos and clear financing terms. Small repair pages still matter. A household that trusts you with a clogged drain is the one that calls you when the water heater gives out, and tells the neighbors.
Does this help with ChatGPT and AI search?
+
Yes. In BrightLocal's 2026 survey, 45% of people said they use ChatGPT or other AI tools for local recommendations, up from 6% the year before. The answers lean on your Google profile, your reviews, the sites that list you and clear pages about your jobs and prices. So the same work that wins the map helps you get named in AI answers too. Nobody can promise you a spot, but you can be where AI looks.
Do we need our license number on the website?
+
It depends on your state, and sometimes your city. Texas, California, Florida and New Jersey require your license number in your ads, and California counts your website as advertising, so I add it wherever it's required. The FTC bans fake reviews, including AI-written ones, and Google doesn't allow asking only happy customers. If a page shows a monthly payment, the financing terms have to be there too.
Why hire a consultant instead of a plumbing marketing agency?
+
With an agency you usually talk to an account manager while the work happens somewhere else. With me, you talk to the person who plans the work and does it, so nobody has to learn your business twice. If you want ads, social media and a new website from one place, an agency is the better fit.
What do you need from us, and who owns the accounts?
+
Access to your website, Google profile, Search Console and analytics, plus photos from jobs and a short call when I plan new pages. You stay the owner of every account, page and tracking number. If an old agency owns your site or profile, I can help you move it back.
What will the monthly report show?
+
Calls and booked jobs from search, split into repairs and drains, water heaters and sewer lines, and commercial work, with the revenue and the pages that brought them in. Traffic, rankings and AI visibility are in there too, just further down.
Does it matter what our website is built on?
+
Most plumbing sites can rank, whatever they're built on. If yours is on WordPress, I make the changes right on the site. If it's on another platform, I send exact instructions to whoever manages it and check everything once it's live.
