Landscaping SEO that brings in calls, quote requests and signed jobs
When the grass starts growing, homeowners search Google or ask ChatGPT for a landscaper they can trust. Landscaping SEO is how I make sure they find you, pick you and ask you for a quote.
Every spring, homeowners go looking for a landscaper. The work goes to whoever they find.
Most of them search on their phone, look at the map and call one of the first few companies they see. If that isn't you, the call goes to a competitor, or to a lead site that sells it to several landscapers at once.
No page for what they searched
One Services page can't win “paver patios in Oak Park”, “lawn aeration” and “retaining wall contractors” at the same time. Each needs its own page.
Fewer reviews, and older ones
Three in four people ignore reviews older than three months. Fresh reviews win the call, and more reviews help you on Google's map.
You only show up near your shop
Many landscapers rank well a few streets from their shop and fade after that. The next town over goes to someone else.
No photos, no prices
Slow on a phone, no project photos, no rough prices and no easy way to ask for a quote. People go back and call the next company.
Everything it takes to win landscaping jobs from search, done for you
You don't get a report full of homework. I handle the whole job of getting your company found, chosen and called, from start to finish.
Get found
Show up when homeowners and property managers search
Get chosen
Give people a reason to call you, not the next landscaper
Get recommended
Build trust with Google, AI and homeowners
Get the job
Turn searches into new accounts and signed projects
The pages that bring in mowing accounts and patio jobs
A lot of landscaping sites have a Home page, one Services page and a gallery. But homeowners search for one job in one place, like “paver patio installers in Westfield”. I plan, write and build a page for each of those searches.
Lawn care
For homeowners who want it handled weeklyDesign and hardscape
For homeowners planning a bigger projectCommercial
For property managers and HOA boardsYour towns
For each town your crews work inYou'll see exactly what search brought in
Rankings are nice. Signed work pays the bills. Every month you get a report that starts with new accounts and signed projects, so you always know what the work is worth.
Every job traced to its source
You'll see which calls and quote requests came from your Google profile, your website or AI answers, and the page or search behind each one.
Signed jobs, not just leads
I pull results from your field software or CRM, so the report shows what got signed and what it was worth, by service and by town.
Rankings and traffic too
You'll also see where you show up across your towns, in Google and in AI answers, just further down.
What this work has done for other businesses
I planned pages around how people search, fixed the site, got the right links and tracked the leads.
A 30-year-old business with plenty of experience, and a website that was holding it back.
It barely showed up in Google in its main markets. I fixed the technical problems, rebuilt the site around what buyers search for and got links from relevant sites.
Google was wasting its time on 68,000 pages. I cut them down to the 8,000 that matter and matched the category pages to what buyers search for.
What the first 90 days look like
You won't wait months for a strategy deck. I start in week one, and changes go live on your site and your Google profile in the first month. If you start in fall or winter, next spring's lawn care pages go first.
Find what's worth winning
I look at your Google profile, your site, your competitors and what people in your towns search for. You get a plan ranked by what will bring in the most signed jobs.
Fix what's holding you back
I fix your Google profile, technical problems, slow pages, call buttons and quote forms, and set up call tracking so you can see what changes.
Build the missing pages
Your first service, project gallery and town pages, written with you, and a simple way to ask every customer for a review.
Keep building, keep reporting
I keep adding pages, reviews, listings and links, work on AI search and report in new accounts, projects and revenue.
Lawn care and maintenance
Homeowners who want weekly mowing, treatments and cleanups.
Pages with starting prices and an easy sign-up, and town pages built around where your crews already mow.
Design, build and hardscape
Homeowners planning a patio, a retaining wall or a whole new yard.
Project pages with your own photos and price ranges, so callers already know your work and roughly what it costs.
Commercial grounds
Property managers, HOA boards and facility managers.
Pages for grounds care and snow removal, with properties like theirs and an easy way to ask for a bid.
The person behind Win The Search

I've run Win The Search since 2021, and I've done SEO since I was 14.
Before going out on my own, I spent five years at Munday Digital. I started there as a junior and left as head of SEO, after working on 20+ campaigns for Australian and global brands and managing the team of SEOs, writers and VAs behind them.
Since then I've worked on 120+ projects, and did due dilligence on sites for SEO before buyers paid six and seven figures for them.
When it comes to SEO, I plan the work and I do it myself, from the Google profile and the pages to the technical fixes, AI search and tracking. Nothing gets handed off or outsourced.
My monthly reports lead with new accounts, signed projects and revenue from search, by service and by town, because that's what grows a landscaping company. Rankings and traffic are in there too.
What landscaping SEO costs
Landscaping SEO agencies usually charge about $1,000 to $3,000 a month for local SEO, and bigger programs go higher. Here's what I charge for the whole job, and everything that's in it.
Most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, depending on how many towns you cover and how much I build each month.
My price sits above most landscaping SEO packages, because the person you talk to does all of the work. If you want ads, social media and a new website under one contract, an agency makes more sense.

What clients say about working with me
Vukasin is the best SEO guy I have ever worked with. He has a very strong understanding of SEO and how it correlates to our business expectations, and hardly needed any guidance on what we wanted done. Highly recommended!
Vuk is one of the sharpest SEO/AEO specialists I've worked with — deeply knowledgeable, always a step ahead on where search is heading, and just a joy to collaborate with. Responsive, easy to talk to, and genuinely fun to work with on any project.
Vuk exceeded expectations with his thorough, data-driven SEO audit. Everyone was very impressed with the quality of Vuk's work, his thoughtfulness and clear expertise. Plus, he's easy to work with, delivers on what he says he's going to deliver, and goes above and beyond.
An amazing SEO consultant whose knowledge goes beyond surface level. He's able to outsmart the thousand SEOs who are just looking at what everyone else is doing.
Vuk provides a really wonderful alternative to larger agencies. The results I got from working with him definitely rival what I've gotten from larger, US-based SEO agencies.
I'm impressed with the work he has put in to help me form my SEO strategy. Knowledgeable about the industry, timely with his work and generous with his advice.

Book a free call →What is landscaping SEO?
+
It's SEO for landscapers and lawn care companies, the work that gets you found when homeowners and property managers look for help on Google, on the map and in AI tools like ChatGPT. That means a Google Business Profile with the right categories, a page for each service and town, steady reviews, a site that works well on phones, and tracking that shows which searches turned into new accounts and signed projects. The map side of it is called local SEO.
What do you actually do each month?
+
It changes with the seasons and as your company grows, but I do all of it. That means your Google profile, new lawn care, project and town pages, rewrites, technical fixes, reviews and listings, links, AI search, tracking, and a monthly report with a call.
How much does landscaping SEO cost?
+
Landscaping SEO agencies usually charge about $1,000 to $3,000 a month for local SEO, and bigger programs go higher. Ongoing work with me starts at $2,500 a month, and most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, depending on how many towns you cover and how much I build each month. It's month-to-month, and if month one isn't worth what you paid, you get it back in full.
How long until SEO brings in more calls and quote requests?
+
Fixes to your Google profile and to pages already close to page one can show up within weeks. Showing up across the towns around you usually takes 3 to 6 months, because pages, reviews and links need time to add up. So the best time to start is fall or winter, well before the spring rush.
We already pay for lead sites and Local Services Ads. Why add SEO?
+
Keep whatever pays for itself while SEO builds. But many shared leads go to up to four companies at once, and you pay for each one whether or not you win the job. Local Services Ads charge per lead too. When a homeowner finds you on the map or on your own site, nobody sells that call to anyone else, and those calls don't stop when the budget does.
Does SEO work for a seasonal business like landscaping?
+
It does, as long as the pages are live before each season starts. Searches for “lawn care near me” run about five times higher in April than in December, leaf removal peaks in November and snow removal in January. New pages take months to rank, so I build next spring's lawn care pages in fall and winter, and the snow removal pages before the first snowfall. Hardscape and commercial searches stay fairly steady all year.
Do you do lawn care SEO too?
+
Yes, and it needs different pages than your bigger projects. Lawn care pages sell a season, with what's included, starting prices and an easy sign-up. Design and hardscape pages sell one big project, with your own photos, price ranges and how a job runs. Commercial pages talk to property managers and HOA boards. I also plan town pages around where your crews already work, so new mowing accounts land on routes you run anyway.
Does this help with ChatGPT and AI search?
+
Yes. More homeowners now ask AI tools who to hire, or what a patio should cost. BrightLocal's 2026 survey found 45% of people use AI tools like ChatGPT to look up local businesses. The answers lean on reviews, listings and websites Google already trusts, so the same work helps you get named in AI answers too. Nobody can promise you a spot, but you can be where AI looks.
Why hire a consultant instead of a landscaping marketing agency?
+
With an agency you usually talk to an account manager while the work happens somewhere else. With me you talk to the person who plans the work and does it. If you want ads, social media and a new website all from one place, an agency is the better fit.
Do we need our license number on our website and ads?
+
It depends on your state. In California, if you hold a contractor license, the number goes on your ads and website. Arizona licensees need it on ads, but online ads can skip it if the number sits clearly on your homepage, not in the footer. Texas irrigators need their LI number on every ad, and licensed applicators there can't advertise lawn treatments as safe or non-toxic. Only licensed landscape architects can use that title, so other designers say landscape designer. I check your state's rules before anything goes live.
What do you need from us, and who owns the accounts?
+
Access to your Google profile, your website, Search Console and analytics, photos of your own projects (before and after shots help a lot), and a short call whenever I plan new pages. If your site is on WordPress, I make the changes myself. On another platform, I send exact instructions to whoever runs it. You stay the owner of every account. If an old agency owns your profile or your site, I'll help you get it back.
What will the monthly report show?
+
Calls, quote requests, new accounts and signed projects from search, and what they were worth, split by service and by town. Results come from your field software or CRM, so the numbers are real money. Rankings across your towns, traffic and AI visibility are in there too, but they come second.
