B2B SEO that brings in qualified leads for your sales team
B2B buyers research for weeks before they talk to sales, on Google and in ChatGPT. This work gets your company found and chosen, and turns those visits into the demo, quote and consultation requests your sales team wants. The strategy, the pages, the technical fixes, AI search and tracking into your CRM, all done for you.
Buyers research long before they call sales
Before anyone books a call or asks for a quote, they search for the service, their problem and who does it best, on Google and in ChatGPT. If your site doesn't show up, or only brings in the wrong people, the deal goes to someone else.
One Services page for everything you sell
Buyers search for the exact service, their industry and how you compare. One page and a blog can't answer all of that, so Google sends them somewhere else.
The pages that rank bring the wrong people
Definitions and how-to posts attract students, job seekers and vendors. They fill in the sales form, and sales starts calling every lead from search junk.
AI tools build shortlists without you
Buyers ask ChatGPT and Google's AI who to talk to. The answers come from sites and lists your company isn't on.
Nobody ties leads to deals
Visits get counted. Deals don't get traced back to search. So SEO gets judged on traffic and looks like a cost.
Professional and industrial services
Consulting, engineering, IT and financial firms, contractors and industrial services.
This pageCatalogs and trade accounts
Distributors and wholesalers that sell by part number or trade account.

The pages that bring in qualified leads
Most B2B sites have one Services page and a blog. Buyers who are close to calling sales look for something more specific. These pages get planned, written and built for you, closest to the deal first.
Service pages
One page for each thing you sell: who it's for, how it works and what happens after someone gets in touch.
Industry pages
Each service written for the industries you sell to, in their words and with their problems.
Comparison pages
For buyers down to a shortlist. Fair, and clear about who each option suits.
Pricing pages
Even a range helps. Buyers who can't find a number often go to someone who shows one.
Case studies
Written around the client's problem, with the numbers they agreed to share.
Judged on pipeline, not traffic
In B2B a lead can take months to turn into a signed deal, and it often closes by phone or email. So every lead from search gets followed into your CRM, and the report shows what search brought in: leads, pipeline and closed deals.
Every lead saved with the page it came from
When someone books a call or asks for a quote, the page and search that brought them in go into your CRM with the lead. A deal that signs months later still counts.
A “how did you hear about us” field catches the rest
Some buyers read your site on a phone and call from their desk. Asking them fills the gaps tracking can't.
A short monthly look at lead quality with sales
Which leads were good, which weren't and which pages they came from. Pages that bring in the wrong people get changed.
Two B2B companies, and what changed
One was a fast-growing software company that barely showed up in Google. The other kept getting quoted by AI tools without being named.
A fast-growing HR software company that barely showed up in Google in its main markets. Technical problems held the site back, and few sites linked to it.
Fixed the technical problems that kept Google away from the important pages.
Rebuilt the site structure around what buyers search, so every page had a clear job.
Focused the work on the markets that performed best.
Built links from relevant sites, in a very competitive market.
ChatGPT and Google's AI kept quoting the company's pages without naming it. Its name went onto the pages AI already trusted, key pages were rebuilt to be easier to quote, and AI visits got tracked.
What the first 90 days look like
No waiting months for a strategy deck. Work starts in week one, and changes start going live on your site in the first month.
Find what's worth winning
A look at your site, your competitors and what your buyers search for, plus a call with sales about which leads are good and which aren't. You get a plan ranked by what will bring in the most qualified leads.
Fix what's holding you back
Technical problems, slow pages, pages stuck on page two, contact and demo forms, and tracking into your CRM.
Build the pages closest to the deal
Your first service and industry pages, written with your team, then comparison and pricing pages.
Keep building, keep reporting
More pages and case studies, AI search work, links and mentions, and a report in leads and pipeline.
The person behind Win The Search

I've run Win The Search since 2021, and I've done SEO since I was 14.
Before going out on my own, I spent five years at Munday Digital. I started there as a junior and left as head of SEO, after working on 20+ campaigns for Australian and global brands and managing the team of SEOs, writers and VAs behind them.
Since then I've worked on 120+ projects, including B2B software, an industrial parts manufacturer, a marble and stone supplier and a US manufacturer that wanted to be named in AI answers.
I plan the work and I do the work: the pages, the technical fixes, the AI search side and the tracking. Nothing gets handed off to a junior.
My reports lead with demo, quote and consultation requests, what sales accepted and the pipeline behind them. Traffic sits further down.
What a B2B SEO consultant costs
B2B SEO agencies commonly charge $5,000 to $20,000 a month, often with 6 to 12 months up front. Here's the price, and everything that's in it.
Most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, depending on how much gets built each month.
An agency makes sense if you want ads, a rebrand and a big content team under one contract. If SEO is what you need, you'll get more done with the person doing the work.
What clients say about working with me
Vukasin is the best SEO guy I have ever worked with. He has a very strong understanding of SEO and how it correlates to our business expectations, and hardly needed any guidance on what we wanted done. Highly recommended!
Vuk is one of the sharpest SEO/AEO specialists I've worked with — deeply knowledgeable, always a step ahead on where search is heading, and just a joy to collaborate with. Responsive, easy to talk to, and genuinely fun to work with on any project.
Vuk exceeded expectations with his thorough, data-driven SEO audit. Everyone was very impressed with the quality of Vuk's work, his thoughtfulness and clear expertise. Plus, he's easy to work with, delivers on what he says he's going to deliver, and goes above and beyond.
An amazing SEO consultant whose knowledge goes beyond surface level. He's able to outsmart the thousand SEOs who are just looking at what everyone else is doing.
Vuk provides a really wonderful alternative to larger agencies. The results I got from working with him definitely rival what I've gotten from larger, US-based SEO agencies.
I'm impressed with the work he has put in to help me form my SEO strategy. Knowledgeable about the industry, timely with his work and generous with his advice.

Book a free call →What does a B2B SEO consultant do each month?
+
The work changes as the site grows, but it's all done for you: research, new service and industry pages, rewrites, technical fixes, AI search work, links and mentions, tracking into your CRM, and a monthly report with a call. You don't get a to-do list. You get the work.
How is B2B SEO different from B2C SEO?
+
B2C sells to one person, often in one visit. B2B sells to a few people over weeks or months, and the deal closes on a call. So SEO for B2B companies works with smaller searches and bigger deals, and gets measured in qualified leads and pipeline, not checkouts.
How much do B2B SEO services cost?
+
B2B SEO agencies commonly charge $5,000 to $20,000 a month, often with 6 to 12 months up front. Ongoing work with Win The Search starts at $2,500 a month, most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, and it's month-to-month.
How long until SEO brings in qualified leads?
+
Fixes to pages already close to page one can bring in leads within weeks. New service and industry pages usually take 3 to 6 months to rank. On a long sales cycle, signed deals follow the leads by a quarter or two.
Should we hire a B2B SEO consultant or an agency?
+
With an agency you usually talk to an account manager while the work happens somewhere else. Here you talk to the person who builds the plan and does the work, so nobody has to learn your business twice. An agency is the better fit if you want ads, a rebrand and a large content team under one contract.
Our sales team says leads from search are junk. Can SEO fix that?
+
Often, yes. Junk leads usually come from pages that rank for research searches, like definitions and how-tos, with a sales form attached. Pages built for buying searches, research pages that offer a guide instead of a call, and a monthly look at rejected leads with sales change who fills in the form.
Our best searches only get 20 or 30 searches a month. Is SEO still worth it?
+
Usually, yes. In B2B the searches that bring in buyers are small, and keyword tools miss many of them. One signed deal from a 30-search keyword can be worth more than a year of traffic from a popular one.
How do you measure SEO in pipeline, not traffic?
+
Every lead gets saved with the page it came from, and that goes into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or whatever CRM you use. A “how did you hear about us” field catches the rest. The monthly report starts with leads, what sales accepted, pipeline and closed deals from search, with traffic further down.
What do you need from our team, and who writes the pages?
+
Access to the site, Google Search Console and analytics, and a little time from people who know the work: a short call with sales or an expert when new pages get planned. The pages get written for you from those calls, your proposals and your sales decks. Someone on your side checks each one before it goes live.
Does this help with ChatGPT and AI search?
+
Yes. B2B buyers ask AI tools for vendor shortlists, then check the vendor's own site. AI answers lean on clear pages and facts that match across the web, so the same work that ranks you in Google gets you named in AI answers too.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
+
No. It's month-to-month, and if month one isn't worth what you paid, you get it back in full. You own the site, the accounts, the content and the tracking the whole time.
Does it matter what our website is built on?
+
Most platforms can rank. On WordPress the changes get made on the site directly. On other platforms, like Webflow or a custom build, they go to your developers with exact instructions, and get checked once they're live.
