Local SEO that brings in more calls, bookings and visits
When people need a plumber, a dentist or a lawyer nearby, they search Google Maps and ask ChatGPT. This work makes sure they find you, pick you and get in touch. Your Google Business Profile, a page for every service and area, reviews, listings and links, technical fixes, AI search and call tracking, all done for you.
People nearby are searching. The calls go to whoever shows up first.
When someone needs a plumber or a dentist, they search on their phone, look at the map and call one of the first few names. If you're not there, or you only show up a few streets from your door, that call goes to a competitor.
Your Google profile doesn't match the searches
The wrong main category, missing services and old photos. Google can't tell what you do, so it shows someone else.
One Services page for everything
People search for one service in one place. A single page can't win “drain cleaning in Glendale” and “water heater repair in Pasadena” at the same time.
Fewer reviews, and older ones
People and Google both look at how many reviews you have and how recent they are. Competitors who ask after every job pull ahead.
You only show up near the office
Most businesses rank well a few streets from their door and fade after that. Reaching the next neighborhood takes pages, reviews and links working together.
Everything it takes to win local search, done for you
You don't get a report full of homework. You get the whole job of getting your business found, chosen and called, handled from start to finish.

The pages that bring in calls and bookings
Most local sites have a Home page, an About page and one Services page for everything. People search for one service in one place, like “water heater repair in Pasadena”. These pages get planned, written and built for you.
Service pages
One page for each service you want calls for, with prices, photos and answers to what people ask.
Area and location pages
A page for each main town you cover or each branch you run, with real jobs and details from there. Not the same text with the town name swapped.
Your Google Business Profile
The first thing most people see. The right categories, services, photos and hours, kept up to date.
Reviews and proof
Reviews, photos of real jobs, licenses and awards, right where people decide to call.
Answers to common questions
Prices, how long a job takes, what's covered. Pages that help people pick you, and that AI tools can quote.
You'll see exactly what search brought in
Rankings are nice. Calls and bookings pay the bills. Every month you get a report that starts with those, so you always know what the work is worth.
Every call and booking traced to its source
You'll see which came from your Google profile and which from your website, and the page or search that brought them in.
Each location on its own
More than one location? Each one gets its own numbers, so you can see which ones need work.
Rankings and traffic too
Where you show up across town, in Google and in AI answers, is in there as well, just further down.
A 30-year-old business, under a year later
A stone supplier up against strong competitors, with a slow site and products people couldn't find. The fix is the same one most local businesses need: pages planned around how people search, a faster site and links from the right sites.
A 30-year-old stone business with plenty of experience, but a website that was holding it back.
Planned the pages around how people search for stone: by material, by use and by color.
Made the site faster.
Reorganized the collections so they're easy to browse.
Found the searches competitors had left open.
Got links from relevant, quality sites.
What the first 90 days look like

Build the missing pages
Your first service and area pages, written with you, and a simple way to ask every customer for a review.
Keep building, keep reporting
More pages, reviews, listings and links, AI search work, and a report in calls and bookings.
Storefront businesses
Clinics, law and accounting firms, shops and studios. Customers come to you.
Win the map around you, with a page for every service.
Service-area businesses
Contractors and home services. You go to the customer.
A page for each service and each main town, so you show up beyond your base.
Multi-location brands
Several branches, clinics or offices, or a regional chain.
A page and a profile for every location, kept in sync, with numbers for each one.
The person behind Win The Search

I've run Win The Search since 2021, and I've done SEO since I was 14.
Before going out on my own, I spent five years at Munday Digital. I started there as a junior and left as head of SEO, after working on 20+ campaigns for Australian and global brands and managing the team of SEOs, writers and VAs behind them.
Since then I've worked on 120+ projects for businesses of every size, including a 30-year-old stone supplier, and checked sites for SEO before buyers paid six and seven figures for them.
I plan the work and I do the work: the Google profile, the pages, the technical fixes, the AI search side and the tracking. Nothing gets handed off to a junior.
My reports lead with calls, bookings and visits from search, for each location. Rankings and traffic are there too, further down.
What a local SEO consultant costs
Local SEO packages start around $300 a month and usually cover profile posts, listings and a report. Here's the price for the whole job, and everything that's in it.
Most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, depending on how many locations you have and how much gets built each month.
A package can be enough if all you need is a tidy profile. If you want more calls and bookings from search, it takes the whole job, and that's what this price covers.
Local SEO by city
Each city page covers the searches, industries and competition in that market.
What clients say about working with me
Vukasin is the best SEO guy I have ever worked with. He has a very strong understanding of SEO and how it correlates to our business expectations, and hardly needed any guidance on what we wanted done. Highly recommended!
Vuk is one of the sharpest SEO/AEO specialists I've worked with — deeply knowledgeable, always a step ahead on where search is heading, and just a joy to collaborate with. Responsive, easy to talk to, and genuinely fun to work with on any project.
Vuk exceeded expectations with his thorough, data-driven SEO audit. Everyone was very impressed with the quality of Vuk's work, his thoughtfulness and clear expertise. Plus, he's easy to work with, delivers on what he says he's going to deliver, and goes above and beyond.
An amazing SEO consultant whose knowledge goes beyond surface level. He's able to outsmart the thousand SEOs who are just looking at what everyone else is doing.
Vuk provides a really wonderful alternative to larger agencies. The results I got from working with him definitely rival what I've gotten from larger, US-based SEO agencies.
I'm impressed with the work he has put in to help me form my SEO strategy. Knowledgeable about the industry, timely with his work and generous with his advice.

The work changes as your business grows, but it's all done for you: your Google Business Profile, new service and area pages, rewrites, technical fixes, reviews, listings and links, AI search, call tracking, and a monthly report with a call. You don't get a to-do list. You get the work.
How much do local SEO services cost?
+
Local SEO packages start around $300 a month and usually cover profile posts, listings and a report. Ongoing work with Win The Search starts at $2,500 a month, and most clients land between $3,000 and $6,000, depending on how many locations you have and how much gets built each month. It's month-to-month.
How long does local SEO take?
+
Fixes to your Google profile, like the main category, can move you in the map within weeks. Showing up further into the towns around you usually takes 3 to 6 months, because pages, reviews and links need time to add up.
Why do I rank in Google but not in the map?
+
The map and the regular results are ranked differently. The map leans on your Google profile, how close you are to the person searching and your reviews. Ranking in the regular results doesn't carry over on its own, so both get worked on.
Can I show up in towns where I don't have an address?
+
In the regular results, yes, with a good page for each main town you serve. Each one needs something real on it, like jobs you've done there and photos, because pages that only swap the town name rarely rank. In the map it's much harder, and fake addresses get profiles suspended, so they're not worth the risk.
Do you work with multi-location businesses and franchises?
+
Yes. Each location gets its own page linked to its own Google profile, the same details on every listing, replies to reviews at every branch, and a report that breaks calls and bookings down by location.
My Google Business Profile got suspended. Can you help?
+
Yes. The first step is working out what caused it, often an edit, extra words in the business name or an address problem. Then the request to get it back goes in with the proof Google asks for. It can take weeks, so it's worth getting right the first time.
Does this help with ChatGPT and AI search?
+
Yes. More people now ask AI tools who to call, and the answers lean on reviews, listings and websites Google already trusts. So the same work that gets you into the map helps you get named in AI answers too. Nobody can promise you a spot, but you can be where AI looks.
Why hire a consultant instead of a local SEO agency?
+
With an agency you usually talk to an account manager while the work happens somewhere else. Here you talk to the person who plans the work and does it, so nobody has to learn your business twice. An agency is the better fit if you want ads, social media and a new website under one contract.
What do you need from us, and who owns the accounts?
+
Access to your Google profile, your website, Search Console and analytics, and a short call when new pages get planned. You stay the owner of every account, and Win The Search gets added as a manager. If an old agency owns your profile, it can be moved back to you.
What will the monthly report show?
+
Calls, bookings and direction requests from search, split between your Google profile and your website, and by location if you have more than one. Where you show up across town, traffic and AI visibility are in there too, just further down.
Does it matter what our website is built on?
+
Most platforms can rank. On WordPress the changes get made on the site directly. On other platforms, like Webflow or a custom build, they go to your developers with exact instructions, and get checked once they're live.
